Transliteration
``Sq
كَذَٰلِكَ يُوحِي إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ اللَّهُ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ 3
Translation
Thus reveals to you and to those before you before you Allah the All-Mighty the All-Wise
Transliteration
Kadhālika Yūĥī 'Ilayka Wa 'Ilá Al-Ladhīna Min Qablika Allāhu Al-`Azīzu Al-Ĥakīmu
لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ 4
Translation
To Him (belong) whatever (is) in the heavens and whatever (is) in the earth and He (is) the Most High the Most Great
Transliteration
Lahu Mā Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Mā Fī Al-'Arđi Wa Huwa Al-`Alīyu Al-`Ažīmu
تَكَادُ السَّمَاوَاتُ يَتَفَطَّرْنَ مِنْ فَوْقِهِنَّ ۚ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ يُسَبِّحُونَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّهِمْ وَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لِمَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ 5
Translation
Almost the heavens break up from above them and the Angels glorify (the) praise (of) their Lord and ask for forgiveness for those on the earth Unquestionably indeed Allah He (is) the Oft-Forgiving the Most Merciful
Transliteration
Takādu As-Samāwātu Yatafaţţarna Min Fawqihinna Wa Al-Malā'ikatu Yusabbiĥūna Biĥamdi Rabbihim Wa Yastaghfirūna Liman Fī Al-'Arđi 'Alā 'Inna Allāha Huwa Al-Ghafūru Ar-Raĥīmu
وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ اللَّهُ حَفِيظٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَا أَنْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِوَكِيلٍ 6
Translation
And those who take besides Him besides Him protectors Allah (is) a Guardian over them and not you (are) over them a manager
Transliteration
Wa Al-Ladhīna Attakhadhū Min Dūnihi 'Awliyā'a Allāhu Ĥafīžun `Alayhim Wa Mā 'Anta `Alayhim Biwakīlin
وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لِتُنْذِرَ أُمَّ الْقُرَىٰ وَمَنْ حَوْلَهَا وَتُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ الْجَمْعِ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ ۚ فَرِيقٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَفَرِيقٌ فِي السَّعِيرِ 7
Translation
And thus We have revealed to you a Quran (in) Arabic that you may warn (the) mother (of) the towns and whoever (is) around it and warn (of the) Day (of) Assembly (there is) no doubt in it A party (will be) in Paradise and a party in the Blazing Fire
Transliteration
Wa Kadhalika 'Awĥaynā 'Ilayka Qur'ānāan `Arabīyāan Litundhira 'Umma Al-Qurá Wa Man Ĥawlahā Wa Tundhira Yawma Al-Jam`i Lā Rayba Fīhi Farīqun Fī Al-Jannati Wa Farīqun Fī As-Sa`īri
وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَجَعَلَهُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَٰكِنْ يُدْخِلُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ فِي رَحْمَتِهِ ۚ وَالظَّالِمُونَ مَا لَهُمْ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ 8
Translation
And if Allah willed Allah willed He could have made them a community one but He admits whom He wills in (to) His Mercy And the wrongdoers not for them any protector and not any helper
Transliteration
Wa Law Shā'a Allāhu Laja`alahum 'Ummatan Wāĥidatan Wa Lakin Yudkhilu Man Yashā'u Fī Raĥmatihi Wa Až-Žālimūna Mā Lahum Min Wa Līyin Wa Lā Naşīrin
أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۖ فَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ وَهُوَ يُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ 9
Translation
Or have they taken besides Him besides Him protectors But Allah He (is) the Protector and He gives life (to) the dead And He (is) on every thing All-Powerful
Transliteration
'Am Attakhadhū Min Dūnihi 'Awliyā'a Fa-Allāhu Huwa Al-Walīyu Wa Huwa Yuĥyī Al-Mawtá Wa Huwa `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun
وَمَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَحُكْمُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ 10
Translation
And whatever you differ in it of a thing then its ruling (is) to Allah That (is) Allah my Lord upon Him I put my trust and to Him I turn
Transliteration
Wa Mā Akhtalaftum Fīhi Min Shay'in Faĥukmuhu 'Ilá Allāhi Dhalikumu Allāhu Rabbī `Alayhi Tawakkaltu Wa 'Ilayhi 'Unību
فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا ۖ يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ ۚ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ ۖ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ 11
Translation
(The) Creator (of) the heavens and the earth He made for you from yourselves mates and among the cattle mates; He multiplies you thereby (There) is not like Him anything and He (is) the All-Hearer the All-Seer
Transliteration
Fāţiru As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Ja`ala Lakum Min 'Anfusikum 'Azwājāan Wa Mina Al-'An`ām 'Azwājāan Yadhra'uukum Fīhi Laysa Kamithlihi Shay'un Wa Huwa As-Samī`u Al-Başīru
لَهُ مَقَالِيدُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ 12
Translation
To Him (belongs) (the) keys (of) the heavens and the earth He extends the provision for whom He wills and restricts Indeed He of every thing (is) All-Knower
Transliteration
Lahu Maqālīdu As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Yabsuţu Ar-Rizqa Liman Yashā'u Wa Yaqdiru 'Innahu Bikulli Shay'in `Alīmun
۞ شَرَعَ لَكُمْ مِنَ الدِّينِ مَا وَصَّىٰ بِهِ نُوحًا وَالَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ وَمَا وَصَّيْنَا بِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ ۖ أَنْ أَقِيمُوا الدِّينَ وَلَا تَتَفَرَّقُوا فِيهِ ۚ كَبُرَ عَلَى الْمُشْرِكِينَ مَا تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَيْهِ ۚ اللَّهُ يَجْتَبِي إِلَيْهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي إِلَيْهِ مَنْ يُنِيبُ 13
Translation
He has ordained for you of the religion what He enjoined upon Nuh and that which We have revealed to you and what We enjoined upon Ibrahim and Musa and Isa To establish the religion and not be divided therein Is difficult on the polytheists what you call them to it Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns
Transliteration
SShara`a Lakum Mina Ad-Dīni Mā Waşşá Bihi Nūĥāan Wa Al-Ladhī 'Awĥaynā 'Ilayka Wa Mā Waşşaynā Bihi 'Ibrāhīma Wa Mūsá Wa `Īsá 'An 'Aqīmū Ad-Dīna Wa Lā Tatafarraqū Fīhi Kabura `Alá Al-Mushrikīna Mā Tad`ūhum 'Ilayhi Allāhu Yajtabī 'Ilayhi Man Yashā'u Wa Yahdī 'Ilayhi Man Yunību
وَمَا تَفَرَّقُوا إِلَّا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْعِلْمُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِنْ رَبِّكَ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ وَإِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُورِثُوا الْكِتَابَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِنْهُ مُرِيبٍ 14
Translation
And not they became divided until after after [what] came to them the knowledge (out of) rivalry among them And if not (for) a word (that) preceded from your Lord for a term specified surely, it (would have) been settled between them And indeed those who were made to inherit the Book after them after them (are) surely in doubt concerning it disquieting
Transliteration
Wa Mā Tafarraqū 'Illā Min Ba`di Mā Jā'ahumu Al-`Ilmu Baghyāan Baynahum Wa Lawlā Kalimatun Sabaqat Min Rabbika 'Ilá 'Ajalin Musammáan Laquđiya Baynahum Wa 'Inna Al-Ladhīna 'Ūrithū Al-Kitāba Min Ba`dihim Lafī Shakkin Minhu Murībin
فَلِذَٰلِكَ فَادْعُ ۖ وَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ ۖ وَقُلْ آمَنْتُ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ كِتَابٍ ۖ وَأُمِرْتُ لِأَعْدِلَ بَيْنَكُمُ ۖ اللَّهُ رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكُمْ ۖ لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ ۖ لَا حُجَّةَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ ۖ اللَّهُ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَنَا ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ الْمَصِيرُ 15
Translation
So to that then invite and stand firm as you are commanded and (do) not follow their desires but say I believe in what Allah has sent down Allah has sent down of (the) Book and I am commanded that I do justice between you Allah (is) our Lord and your Lord For us our deeds and for you your deeds (There is) no argument between us and between you Allah will assemble [between] us and to Him (is) the final return
Transliteration
Falidhalika Fād`u Wa Astaqim Kamā 'Umirta Wa Lā Tattabi` 'Ahwā'ahum Wa Qul 'Āmantu Bimā 'Anzala Allāhu Min Kitābin Wa 'Umirtu Li'`dila Baynakumu Allāhu Rabbunā Wa Rabbukum Lanā 'A`mālunā Wa Lakum 'A`mālukum Lā Ĥujjata Baynanā Wa Baynakumu Allāhu Yajma`u Baynanā Wa 'Ilayhi Al-Maşīru
وَالَّذِينَ يُحَاجُّونَ فِي اللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا اسْتُجِيبَ لَهُ حُجَّتُهُمْ دَاحِضَةٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ وَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ 16
Translation
And those who argue concerning Allah after after [what] response has been made to Him response has been made to Him their argument (is) invalid with their Lord and upon them (is) wrath and for them (is) a punishment severe
Transliteration
Wa Al-Ladhīna Yuĥājjūna Fī Allāhi Min Ba`di Mā Astujība Lahu Ĥujjatuhum Dāĥiđatun `Inda Rabbihim Wa `Alayhim Ghađabun Wa Lahum `Adhābun Shadīdun
اللَّهُ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ وَالْمِيزَانَ ۗ وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ لَعَلَّ السَّاعَةَ قَرِيبٌ 17
Translation
Allah (is) the One Who (has) sent down the Book in truth and the Balance And what will make you know Perhaps the Hour (is) near
Transliteration
Allāhu Al-Ladhī 'Anzala Al-Kitāba Bil-Ĥaqqi Wa Al-Mīzāna Wa Mā Yudrīka La`alla As-Sā`ata Qarībun
يَسْتَعْجِلُ بِهَا الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهَا ۖ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مُشْفِقُونَ مِنْهَا وَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهَا الْحَقُّ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُمَارُونَ فِي السَّاعَةِ لَفِي ضَلَالٍ بَعِيدٍ 18
Translation
Seek to hasten [of] it those who (do) not believe in it and those who believe (are) fearful of it and know that it (is) the truth Unquestionably indeed those who dispute concerning the Hour (are) certainly in error far
Transliteration
YYasta`jilu Bihā Al-Ladhīna Lā Yu'uminūna Bihā Wa Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Mushfiqūna Minhā Wa Ya`lamūna 'Annahā Al-Ĥaqqu 'Alā 'Inna Al-Ladhīna Yumārūna Fī As-Sā`ati Lafī Đalālin Ba`īdin
اللَّهُ لَطِيفٌ بِعِبَادِهِ يَرْزُقُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ الْقَوِيُّ الْعَزِيزُ 19
Translation
Allah (is) Subtle with His slaves; He gives provision (to) whom He wills And He (is) the All-Strong the All-Mighty
Transliteration
Allāhu Laţīfun Bi`ibādihi Yarzuqu Man Yashā'u Wa Huwa Al-Qawīyu Al-`Azīzu
مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الْآخِرَةِ نَزِدْ لَهُ فِي حَرْثِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ نَصِيبٍ 20
Translation
Whoever is desiring (the) harvest (of) the Hereafter - We increase for him in his harvest And whoever is desiring (the) harvest (of) the world We give him of it but not for him in the Hereafter any share
Transliteration
Man Kāna Yurīdu Ĥartha Al-'Ākhirati Nazid Lahu Fī Ĥarthihi Wa Man Kāna Yurīdu Ĥartha Ad-Dunyā Nu'utihi Minhā Wa Mā Lahu Fī Al-'Ākhirati Min Naşībin
أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ شَرَعُوا لَهُمْ مِنَ الدِّينِ مَا لَمْ يَأْذَنْ بِهِ اللَّهُ ۚ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةُ الْفَصْلِ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ ۗ وَإِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ 21
Translation
Or for them (are) partners who have ordained for them of the religion what not Allah has given permission of it Allah has given permission of it Allah has given permission of it And if not (for) a word decisive surely, it (would have) been judged between them And indeed the wrongdoers for them (is a) punishment painful
Transliteration
'Am Lahum Shurakā'u Shara`ū Lahum Mina Ad-Dīni Mā Lam Ya'dhan Bihi Allāhu Wa Lawlā Kalimatu Al-Faşli Laquđiya Baynahum Wa 'Inna Až-Žālimīna Lahum `Adhābun 'Alīmun
تَرَى الظَّالِمِينَ مُشْفِقِينَ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَهُوَ وَاقِعٌ بِهِمْ ۗ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فِي رَوْضَاتِ الْجَنَّاتِ ۖ لَهُمْ مَا يَشَاءُونَ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْكَبِيرُ 22
Translation
You will see the wrongdoers fearful of what they earned and it (will) befall [on] them And those who believe and do righteous deeds (will be) in flowering meadows (of) the Gardens for them (is) whatever they wish with their Lord That - it (is) the Bounty the Great
Transliteration
Tará Až-Žālimīna Mushfiqīna Mimmā Kasabū Wa Huwa Wāqi`un Bihim Wa Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Fī Rawđāti Al-Jannāti Lahum Mā Yashā'ūna `Inda Rabbihim Dhālika Huwa Al-Fađlu Al-Kabīru
ذَٰلِكَ الَّذِي يُبَشِّرُ اللَّهُ عِبَادَهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ ۗ قُلْ لَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرًا إِلَّا الْمَوَدَّةَ فِي الْقُرْبَىٰ ۗ وَمَنْ يَقْتَرِفْ حَسَنَةً نَزِدْ لَهُ فِيهَا حُسْنًا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ شَكُورٌ 23
Translation
That (is of) which Allah gives glad tidings Allah gives glad tidings (to) His slaves those who believe and do righteous deeds Say Not I ask you for it any payment except the love among the relatives And whoever earns any good We increase for him therein good Indeed Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving All-Appreciative
Transliteration
Dhālika Al-Ladhī Yubashshiru Allāhu `Ibādahu Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Qul Lā 'As'alukum `Alayhi 'Ajrāan 'Illā Al-Mawaddata Fī Al-Qurbá Wa Man Yaqtarif Ĥasanatan Nazid Lahu Fīhā Ĥusnāan 'Inna Allāha Ghafūrun Shakūrun
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا ۖ فَإِنْ يَشَإِ اللَّهُ يَخْتِمْ عَلَىٰ قَلْبِكَ ۗ وَيَمْحُ اللَّهُ الْبَاطِلَ وَيُحِقُّ الْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَاتِهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ 24
Translation
Or (do) they say He has invented about Allah a lie But if Allah (had) willed Allah (had) willed He would seal [over] your heart And Allah eliminates And Allah eliminates the falsehood and establishes the truth by His Words Indeed, He (is) All-Knowing of what (is in) the breasts
Transliteration
'Am Yaqūlūna Aftará `Alá Allāhi Kadhibāan Fa'in Yasha'i Allāhu Yakhtim `Alá Qalbika Wa Yamĥu Allāhu Al-Bāţila Wa Yuĥiqqu Al-Ĥaqqa Bikalimātihi 'Innahu `Alīmun Bidhāti Aş-Şudūri
وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَقْبَلُ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَعْفُو عَنِ السَّيِّئَاتِ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ 25
Translation
And He (is) the One Who accepts the repentance of His slaves and pardons [of] the evil and He knows what you do
Transliteration
Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī Yaqbalu At-Tawbat `An `Ibādihi Wa Ya`fū `Ani As-Sayyi'āti Wa Ya`lamu Mā Taf`alūna
وَيَسْتَجِيبُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ۚ وَالْكَافِرُونَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ 26
Translation
And He answers those who believe and do righteous deeds and increases (for) them from His Bounty And the disbelievers - for them (will be) a punishment severe
Transliteration
Wa Yastajību Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Wa Yazīduhum Min Fađlihi Wa Al-Kāfirūna Lahum `Adhābun Shadīdun
۞ وَلَوْ بَسَطَ اللَّهُ الرِّزْقَ لِعِبَادِهِ لَبَغَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَٰكِنْ يُنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرٍ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِعِبَادِهِ خَبِيرٌ بَصِيرٌ 27
Translation
And if Allah extends Allah extends the provision for His slaves surely they would rebel in the earth but He sends down in (due) measure what He wills Indeed, He of His slaves (is) All-Aware All-Seer
Transliteration
Wa Law Basaţa Allāhu Ar-Rizqa Li`ibādihi Labaghaw Fī Al-'Arđi Wa Lakin Yunazzilu Biqadarin Mā Yashā'u 'Innahu Bi`ibādihi Khabīrun Başīrun
وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ 28
Translation
And He (is) the One Who sends down the rain after after [what] they have despaired and spreads His mercy And He (is) the Protector the Praiseworthy
Transliteration
Wa Huwa Al-Ladhī Yunazzilu Al-Ghaytha Min Ba`di Mā Qanaţū Wa Yanshuru Raĥmatahu Wa Huwa Al-Walīyu Al-Ĥamīdu
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ 29
Translation
And among His Signs (is the) creation (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever He has dispersed in both of them of (the) creatures And He (is) over their gathering when He wills All-Powerful
Transliteration
Wa Min 'Āyātihi Khalqu As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Wa Mā Baththa Fīhimā Min Dābbatin Wa Huwa `Alá Jam`ihim 'Idhā Yashā'u Qadīrun
وَمَا أَصَابَكُمْ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَيَعْفُو عَنْ كَثِيرٍ 30
Translation
And whatever befalls you of (the) misfortune (is because) of what have earned your hands But He pardons [from] much
Transliteration
Wa Mā 'Aşābakum Min Muşībatin Fabimā Kasabat 'Aydīkum Wa Ya`fū `An Kathīrin
وَمَا أَنْتُمْ بِمُعْجِزِينَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ 31
Translation
And not you (can) escape in the earth and not for you besides besides Allah any protector and not any helper
Transliteration
Wa Mā 'Antum Bimu`jizīna Fī Al-'Arđi Wa Mā Lakum Min Dūni Allāhi Min Wa Līyin Wa Lā Naşīrin
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ الْجَوَارِ فِي الْبَحْرِ كَالْأَعْلَامِ 32
Translation
And among His Signs (are) the ships in the sea like [the] mountains
Transliteration
Wa Min 'Āyātihi Al-Jawāri Fī Al-Baĥri Kāl'a`lāmi
إِنْ يَشَأْ يُسْكِنِ الرِّيحَ فَيَظْلَلْنَ رَوَاكِدَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهِ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ 33
Translation
If He wills He can cause the wind to become still He can cause the wind to become still then they would remain motionless on its back Indeed in that surely (are) Signs for everyone patient (and) grateful
Transliteration
'In Yasha' Yuskini Ar-Rīĥa Fayažlalna Rawākida `Alá Žahrihi 'Inna Fī Dhālika La'āyātin Likulli Şabbārin Shakūrin
أَوْ يُوبِقْهُنَّ بِمَا كَسَبُوا وَيَعْفُ عَنْ كَثِيرٍ 34
Translation
Or He could destroy them for what they have earned; but He pardons [from] much
Transliteration
'Aw Yūbiqhunna Bimā Kasabū Wa Ya`fu `An Kathīrin
وَيَعْلَمَ الَّذِينَ يُجَادِلُونَ فِي آيَاتِنَا مَا لَهُمْ مِنْ مَحِيصٍ 35
Translation
And may know those who dispute concerning Our Signs (that) not for them any place of refuge
Transliteration
Wa Ya`lama Al-Ladhīna Yujādilūna Fī 'Āyātinā Mā Lahum Min Maĥīşin
فَمَا أُوتِيتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَمَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَمَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ 36
Translation
So whatever you are given of a thing (is) but a passing enjoyment (for) the life (of) the world But what (is) with Allah (is) better and more lasting for those who believe and upon their Lord put (their) trust
Transliteration
Famā 'Ūtītum Min Shay'in Famatā`u Al-Ĥayāati Ad-Dunyā Wa Mā `Inda Allāhi Khayrun Wa 'Abqá Lilladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Alá Rabbihim Yatawakkalūna
وَالَّذِينَ يَجْتَنِبُونَ كَبَائِرَ الْإِثْمِ وَالْفَوَاحِشَ وَإِذَا مَا غَضِبُوا هُمْ يَغْفِرُونَ 37
Translation
And those who avoid (the) greater sins and the immoralities and when and when they are angry they forgive
Transliteration
Wa Al-Ladhīna Yajtanibūna Kabā'ira Al-'Ithmi Wa Al-Fawāĥisha Wa 'Idhā Mā Ghađibū Hum Yaghfirūna
وَالَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَىٰ بَيْنَهُمْ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنْفِقُونَ 38
Translation
And those who respond to their Lord and establish prayer and their affairs (are conducted by) consultation among them and from what We have provided them they spend
Transliteration
Wa Al-Ladhīna Astajābū Lirabbihim Wa 'Aqāmū Aş-Şalāata Wa 'Amruhum Shūrá Baynahum Wa Mimmā Razaqnāhum Yunfiqūna
وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَهُمُ الْبَغْيُ هُمْ يَنْتَصِرُونَ 39
Translation
And those who when strikes them tyranny they defend themselves
Transliteration
Wa Al-Ladhīna 'Idhā 'Aşābahumu Al-Baghyu Hum Yantaşirūna
وَجَزَاءُ سَيِّئَةٍ سَيِّئَةٌ مِثْلُهَا ۖ فَمَنْ عَفَا وَأَصْلَحَ فَأَجْرُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الظَّالِمِينَ 40
Translation
(The) recompense (of) an evil (is) an evil like it But whoever pardons and makes reconciliation then his reward (is) on Allah Indeed He (does) not like the wrongdoers
Transliteration
Wa Jazā'u Sayyi'atin Sayyi'atun Mithluhā Faman `Afā Wa 'Aşlaĥa Fa'ajruhu `Alá Allāhi 'Innahu Lā Yuĥibbu Až-Žālimīna
وَلَمَنِ انْتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ مَا عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ سَبِيلٍ 41
Translation
And surely whosoever defends himself after he has been wronged then those not (is) against them any way
Transliteration
Wa Lamani Antaşara Ba`da Žulmihi Fa'ūlā'ika Mā `Alayhim Min Sabīlin
إِنَّمَا السَّبِيلُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَظْلِمُونَ النَّاسَ وَيَبْغُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ 42
Translation
Only the way against those who oppress the people and rebel in the earth without right Those for them (is) a punishment painful
Transliteration
'Innamā As-Sabīlu `Alá Al-Ladhīna Yažlimūna An-Nāsa Wa Yabghūna Fī Al-'Arđi Bighayri Al-Ĥaqqi 'Ūlā'ika Lahum `Adhābun 'Alīmun
وَلَمَنْ صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ الْأُمُورِ 43
Translation
And whoever (is) patient and forgives indeed that (is) surely of matters of determination matters of determination
Transliteration
Wa Laman Şabara Wa Ghafara 'Inna Dhālika Lamin `Azmi Al-'Umūri
وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ ۗ وَتَرَى الظَّالِمِينَ لَمَّا رَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ يَقُولُونَ هَلْ إِلَىٰ مَرَدٍّ مِنْ سَبِيلٍ 44
Translation
And whoever Allah lets go astray Allah lets go astray then not for him any protector after Him after Him And you will see the wrongdoers when they see the punishment saying Is (there) for return any way
Transliteration
Wa Man Yuđlili Allāhu Famā Lahu Min Wa Līyin Min Ba`dihi Wa Tará Až-Žālimīna Lammā Ra'aw Al-`Adhāba Yaqūlūna Hal 'Ilá Maraddin Min Sabīlin
وَتَرَاهُمْ يُعْرَضُونَ عَلَيْهَا خَاشِعِينَ مِنَ الذُّلِّ يَنْظُرُونَ مِنْ طَرْفٍ خَفِيٍّ ۗ وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ الْخَاسِرِينَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ وَأَهْلِيهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ فِي عَذَابٍ مُقِيمٍ 45
Translation
And you will see them being exposed to it humbled by disgrace looking with a glance stealthy And will say those who believed Indeed the losers (are) those who lost themselves and their families (on the) Day (of) the Resurrection Unquestionably! Indeed the wrongdoers (are) in a punishment lasting
Transliteration
Wa Tarāhum Yu`rađūna `Alayhā Khāshi`īna Mina Adh-Dhulli Yanžurūna Min Ţarfin Khafīyin Wa Qāla Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū 'Inna Al-Khāsirīna Al-Ladhīna Khasirū 'Anfusahum Wa 'Ahlīhim Yawma Al-Qiyāmati 'Alā 'Inna Až-Žālimīna Fī `Adhābin Muqīmin
وَمَا كَانَ لَهُمْ مِنْ أَوْلِيَاءَ يَنْصُرُونَهُمْ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلِ اللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُ مِنْ سَبِيلٍ 46
Translation
And not will be for them any protector (who) will help them besides besides Allah And whom Allah lets go astray Allah lets go astray then not for him any way
Transliteration
Wa Mā Kāna Lahum Min 'Awliyā'a Yanşurūnahum Min Dūni Allāhi Wa Man Yuđlili Allāhu Famā Lahu Min Sabīlin
اسْتَجِيبُوا لِرَبِّكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ۚ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ مَلْجَإٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَمَا لَكُمْ مِنْ نَكِيرٍ 47
Translation
Respond to your Lord before before [that] comes a Day (there is) no averting for it from Allah Not (is) for you any refuge (on) that Day and not for you any denial
Transliteration
Astajībū Lirabbikum Min Qabli 'An Ya'tiya Yawmun Lā Maradda Lahu Mina Allāhi Mā Lakum Min Malja'iin Yawma'idhin Wa Mā Lakum Min Nakīrin
فَإِنْ أَعْرَضُوا فَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ عَلَيْهِمْ حَفِيظًا ۖ إِنْ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ ۗ وَإِنَّا إِذَا أَذَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ مِنَّا رَحْمَةً فَرِحَ بِهَا ۖ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ فَإِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ كَفُورٌ 48
Translation
Then if they turn away then not We have sent you over them (as) a guardian Not (is) on you except the conveyance And indeed when We cause to taste [the] man from Us Mercy he rejoices in it But if befalls them evil for what have sent forth their hands then indeed [the] man (is) ungrateful
Transliteration
Fa'in 'A`rađū Famā 'Arsalnāka `Alayhim Ĥafīžāan 'In `Alayka 'Illā Al-Balāghu Wa 'Innā 'Idhā 'Adhaqnā Al-'Insāna Minnā Raĥmatan Fariĥa Bihā Wa 'In Tuşibhum Sayyi'atun Bimā Qaddamat 'Aydīhim Fa'inna Al-'Insāna Kafūrun
لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ يَهَبُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ إِنَاثًا وَيَهَبُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ الذُّكُورَ 49
Translation
To Allah (belongs the) dominion (of) the heavens and the earth He creates what He wills He grants to whom He wills females and He grants to whom He wills [the] males
Transliteration
Lillāhi Mulku As-Samāwāti Wa Al-'Arđi Yakhluqu Mā Yashā'u Yahabu Liman Yashā'u 'Ināthāan Wa Yahabu Liman Yashā'u Adh-Dhukūra
أَوْ يُزَوِّجُهُمْ ذُكْرَانًا وَإِنَاثًا ۖ وَيَجْعَلُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ عَقِيمًا ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ قَدِيرٌ 50
Translation
Or He grants them males and females; and He makes whom He wills barren Indeed He (is) All-Knower All-Powerful
Transliteration
'Aw Yuzawwijuhum Dhukrānāan Wa 'Ināthāan Wa Yaj`alu Man Yashā'u `Aqīmāan 'Innahu `Alīmun Qadīrun
۞ وَمَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَنْ يُكَلِّمَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَّا وَحْيًا أَوْ مِنْ وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ أَوْ يُرْسِلَ رَسُولًا فَيُوحِيَ بِإِذْنِهِ مَا يَشَاءُ ۚ إِنَّهُ عَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ 51
Translation
And not is for any human that Allah should speak to him Allah should speak to him except (by) revelation or from behind a veil or (by) sending a Messenger then he reveals by His permission what He wills Indeed, He (is) Most High Most Wise
Transliteration
Wa Mā Kāna Libasharin 'An Yukallimahu Allāhu 'Illā Waĥyāan 'Aw Min Warā'i Ĥijābin 'Aw Yursila Rasūlāan Fayūĥiya Bi'idhnihi Mā Yashā'u 'Innahu `Alīyun Ĥakīmun
وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ رُوحًا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا ۚ مَا كُنْتَ تَدْرِي مَا الْكِتَابُ وَلَا الْإِيمَانُ وَلَٰكِنْ جَعَلْنَاهُ نُورًا نَهْدِي بِهِ مَنْ نَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا ۚ وَإِنَّكَ لَتَهْدِي إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ 52
Translation
And thus We have revealed to you an inspiration by Our Command Not did you know what the Book (is) and not the faith But We have made it a light We guide with it whom We will of Our slaves And indeed you surely guide to (the) path straight
Transliteration
Wa Kadhalika 'Awĥaynā 'Ilayka Rūĥāan Min 'Amrinā Mā Kunta Tadrī Mā Al-Kitābu Wa Lā Al-'Īmānu Wa Lakin Ja`alnāhu Nūrāan Nahdī Bihi Man Nashā'u Min `Ibādinā Wa 'Innaka Latahdī 'Ilá Şirāţin Mustaqīmin
صِرَاطِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۗ أَلَا إِلَى اللَّهِ تَصِيرُ الْأُمُورُ 53
Translation
(The) path (of) Allah the One to Whom (belongs) whatever (is) in the heavens and whatever (is) in the earth Unquestionably To Allah reach all affairs
Transliteration
Şirāţi Allāhi Al-Ladhī Lahu Mā Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Mā Fī Al-'Arđi 'Alā 'Ilá Allāhi Taşīru Al-'Umūru
