Aţ-Ţalāq The Divorce

﷽
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ رَبَّكُمْ ۖ لَا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِنْ بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلَا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مُبَيِّنَةٍ ۚ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ ۚ لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا 1 
Translation
O Prophet When you divorce [the] women then divorce them for their waiting period and keep count (of) the waiting period and fear Allah your Lord (Do) not expel them from their houses and not they should leave except that they commit an immorality clear And these (are the) limits (of) Allah And whoever transgresses (the) limits (of) Allah then certainly he has wronged himself Not you know Perhaps Allah will bring about after that a matter
Transliteration
YYā 'Ayyuhā An-Nabīyu 'Idhā Ţallaqtumu An-Nisā' Faţalliqūhunna Li`iddatihinna Wa 'Aĥşū Al-`Iddata Wa Attaqū Allāha Rabbakum Lā Tukhrijūhunna Min Buyūtihinna Wa Lā Yakhrujna 'Illā 'An Ya'tīna Bifāĥishatin Mubayyinatin Wa Tilka Ĥudūdu Allāhi Wa Man Yata`adda Ĥudūda Allāhi Faqad Žalama Nafsahu Lā Tadrī La`alla Allāha Yuĥdithu Ba`da Dhālika 'Amrāan
فَإِذَا بَلَغْنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَأَشْهِدُوا ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ مِنْكُمْ وَأَقِيمُوا الشَّهَادَةَ لِلَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ يُوعَظُ بِهِ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا 2 
Translation
Then when they have reached their term then retain them with kindness or part with them with kindness And take witness two men just among you and establish the testimony for Allah That is instructed with it whoever [is] believes in Allah and the Day the Last And whoever fears Allah He will make for him a way out
Transliteration
Fa'idhā Balaghna 'Ajalahunna Fa'amsikūhunna Bima`rūfin 'Aw Fāriqūhunna Bima`rūfin Wa 'Ash/hidū Dhaway `Adlin Minkum Wa 'Aqīmū Ash-Shahādata Lillāhi Dhālikum Yū`ažu Bihi Man Kāna Yu'uminu Billāhi Wa Al-Yawmi Al-'Ākhiri Wa Man Yattaqi Allāha Yaj`al Lahu Makhrajāan
وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ ۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا 3 
Translation
And He will provide for him from where not he thinks And whoever puts his trust upon Allah then He (is) sufficient for him Indeed Allah (will) accomplish His purpose Indeed has set Allah for every thing a measure
Transliteration
Wa Yarzuqhu Min Ĥaythu Lā Yaĥtasibu Wa Man Yatawakkal `Alá Allāhi Fahuwa Ĥasbuhu 'Inna Allāha Bālighu 'Amrihi Qad Ja`ala Allāhu Likulli Shay'in Qadrāan
وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ ۚ وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَنْ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا 4 
Translation
And those who have despaired of the menstruation among your women if you doubt then their waiting period (is) three months and the ones who not [they] menstruated And those who (are) pregnant their term (is) until they deliver their burdens And whoever fears Allah He will make for him of his affair ease
Transliteration
WWa Al-Lā'ī Ya'isna Mina Al-Maĥīđi Min Nisā'ikum 'Ini Artabtum Fa`iddatuhunna Thalāthatu 'Ash/hurin Wa Al-Lā'ī Lam Yaĥiđna Wa 'Ūlātu Al-'Aĥmāli 'Ajaluhunna 'An Yađa`na Ĥamlahunna Wa Man Yattaqi Allāha Yaj`al Lahu Min 'Amrihi Yusrāan
ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ أَنْزَلَهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُ أَجْرًا 5 
Translation
That (is the) Command (of) Allah which He has sent down to you and whoever fears Allah He will remove from him his misdeeds and make great for him (his) reward
Transliteration
Dhālika 'Amru Allāhi 'Anzalahu 'Ilaykum Wa Man Yattaqi Allāha Yukaffir `Anhu Sayyi'ātihi Wa Yu`žim Lahu 'Ajrāan
أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنْتُمْ مِنْ وُجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَارُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ ۚ وَإِنْ كُنَّ أُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنْفِقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ ۖ وَأْتَمِرُوا بَيْنَكُمْ بِمَعْرُوفٍ ۖ وَإِنْ تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَىٰ 6 
Translation
Lodge them from where you dwell (out) of your means and (do) not harm them to distress [on] them And if they are those (who are) pregnant then spend on them until they deliver their burden Then if they suckle for you then give them their payment and consult among yourselves with kindness but if you disagree then may suckle for him another (women)
Transliteration
'Askinūhunna Min Ĥaythu Sakantum Min Wujdikum Wa Lā Tuđārrūhunna Lituđayyiqū `Alayhinna Wa 'In Kunna 'Ūlāti Ĥamlin Fa'anfiqū `Alayhinna Ĥattá Yađa`na Ĥamlahunna Fa'in 'Arđa`na Lakum Fa'ātūhunna 'Ujūrahunna Wa 'Tamirū Baynakum Bima`rūfin Wa 'In Ta`āsartum Fasaturđi`u Lahu 'Ukhrá
لِيُنْفِقْ ذُو سَعَةٍ مِنْ سَعَتِهِ ۖ وَمَنْ قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُ فَلْيُنْفِقْ مِمَّا آتَاهُ اللَّهُ ۚ لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَا آتَاهَا ۚ سَيَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا 7 
Translation
Let spend owner (of) ample means from his ample means and (he) who is restricted on him his provision let him spend from what he has been given (by) Allah Does not burden Allah any soul except (with) what He has given it Will bring about Allah after hardship ease
Transliteration
LLiyunfiq Dhū Sa`atin Min Sa`atihi Wa Man Qudira `Alayhi Rizquhu Falyunfiq Mimmā 'Ātāhu Allāhu Lā Yukallifu Allāhu Nafsāan 'Illā Mā 'Ātāhā Sayaj`alu Allāhu Ba`da `Usrin Yusrāan
وَكَأَيِّنْ مِنْ قَرْيَةٍ عَتَتْ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهَا وَرُسُلِهِ فَحَاسَبْنَاهَا حِسَابًا شَدِيدًا وَعَذَّبْنَاهَا عَذَابًا نُكْرًا 8 
Translation
And how many of a town rebelled against (the) Command (of) its Lord and His Messengers so We took it to account an account severe; and We punished it a punishment terrible
Transliteration
Wa Ka'ayyin Min Qaryatin `Atat `An 'Amri Rabbihā Wa Rusulihi Faĥāsabnāhā Ĥisābāan Shadīdāan Wa `Adhdhabnāhā `Adhābāan Nukrāan
فَذَاقَتْ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهَا وَكَانَ عَاقِبَةُ أَمْرِهَا خُسْرًا 9 
Translation
So it tasted (the) bad consequence (of) its affair and was (the) end (of) its affair loss
Transliteration
Fadhāqat Wabāla 'Amrihā Wa Kāna `Āqibatu 'Amrihā Khusrāan
أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا ۖ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ يَا أُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ۚ قَدْ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ذِكْرًا 10 
Translation
Has prepared Allah for them a punishment severe So fear Allah O men (of) understanding those who have believed Indeed Has sent down Allah to you a Message
Transliteration
'A`adda Allāhu Lahum `Adhābāan Shadīdāan Fa Attaqū Allāha Yā 'Ūlī Al-'Albābi Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Qad 'Anzala Allāhu 'Ilaykum Dhikrāan
رَسُولًا يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ مُبَيِّنَاتٍ لِيُخْرِجَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ ۚ وَمَنْ يُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ وَيَعْمَلْ صَالِحًا يُدْخِلْهُ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ۖ قَدْ أَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ لَهُ رِزْقًا 11 
Translation
A Messenger reciting to you (the) Verses (of) Allah clear that he may bring out those who believe and do righteous deeds from the darkness[es] towards the light And whoever believes in Allah and does righteousness He will admit him (into) Gardens flow from underneath it the rivers abiding therein forever Indeed Has been (granted) good (by) Allah for him provision
Transliteration
Rasūlāan Yatlū `Alaykum 'Āyāti Allāhi Mubayyinātin Liyukhrija Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Mina Až-Žulumāti 'Ilá An-Nūri Wa Man Yu'umin Billāhi Wa Ya`mal Şāliĥāan Yudkhilhu Jannātin Tajrī Min Taĥtihā Al-'Anhāru Khālidīna Fīhā 'Abadāan Qad 'Aĥsana Allāhu Lahu Rizqāan
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ وَمِنَ الْأَرْضِ مِثْلَهُنَّ يَتَنَزَّلُ الْأَمْرُ بَيْنَهُنَّ لِتَعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَاطَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عِلْمًا 12 
Translation
Allah (is) He Who created seven heavens and of the earth (the) like of them Descends the command between them that you may know that Allah (is) on every thing All-Powerful And that Allah indeed encompasses all things (in) knowledge
Transliteration
Allāhu Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Sab`a Samāwātin Wa Mina Al-'Arđi Mithlahunna Yatanazzalu Al-'Amru Baynahunna Lita`lamū 'Anna Allāha `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun Wa 'Anna Allāha Qad 'Aĥāţa Bikulli Shay'in `Ilmāan
